any body knows how many days you have as a trial with verizon till you can return a phone

I thought the $35 restocking fee was if you picked a different phone within 3 days?

just came back from verizon store guy said 30 days to return and you dont have to renew contract the restocking fee is if you purchase a new phone within 60 days

30 day return/swap, never paid a fee here. had a friend go from storm2 to imagio last week. didn't pay a fee.

If you are a VIP customer you don't pay the restocking fee regardless of situation. One of the perks of having a $99 plan or higher.

If you are returning or exchanging the device for ANY reason besides defect/doa/recall the restocking fee applies, unless you are a VIP customer.
