Picture Messages

We're on a local carrier called nTelos and I've successfully gotten everything working but picture messages.

It seems that the version of Arcsoft 5.2.6.34 they have on here has the Verizon server locked and unable to edit. I've gone through the registry and found the arcsoft in the registry, but I'm wondering if there's a regedit to allow us to modify the server entries from the front and not rooting around in the whole registry.
