Weather Update Question

Has anyone found a way to change the time between weather updates? There has to be some way to do it.

It's set at three hours and I haven't found any way to change it. Of course you can do it manually. But, in my part of the country, we can have sun, rain, snow, fog, sleet, and back to sun in three hours. We definitely need a way to set the update frequency.
