Any problems with ActiveSync/Google's Exchange Server?

One issue I am seeing is with attachments. I have the options selected to get the entire message and get attachments (with no size limit selected). But I am not seeing the attachments consistently. Every once in a while the attachment will come through to my Imagio, but normally there is nothing.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!
