Is that the file you downloaded? There are multiple cabs listed, but the only one which I've been successful with is the one above. I would suggest removing any other clocks/themes you may be running.

That's the one I downloaded and installed. I'm running a semi-transparent clock mod and tsowen's taskbar. I've installed so many cabs now that I'm not totally sure what does what but I never installed a specific clock mod cab. I do know this one isn't showing up when installed.

Well, I suggest playing some clean-up, removing/disabling the taskbar, and trying again. Pegasus"123" may have some more insight into this.

Thanks for the link but I'm happy with my setup now and only installed the clock to see if I like it. Since it requires a bunch of work I think I'll pass.

I really do like that clock and can't get it to work. I pmed pegasus but didn't hear anything, he's the one who would know.

i like that blue bar around it when scrolling its something htc should have picked up a while ago

Here is what I am using right now.

Hit a couple buttons then back to TF3D thanks the switcher program found at XDA.

looks like some sort of hybrid between tochflo and something else. how did you get that to look like that?

also what do each of these cabs do?

Lower RAM - ShareMemSize.cab ,
SSK TP2 Dynamic Resource Proxy.cab,
Show Hidden Phone Settings.cab,
codyppc performance booster.cab

I have all of them installed but the lower ram - share mem one, I don't know the details of each. I know the hidden camera settings adds some camera modes, the proxy one is a must to control the ram usage on the phone. I just extracted the cab for the share mem one, it changes the shared memory in HTC to 0. I just installed it and the phone is still alive. Just try it and see if you notice any performance improvements.
