Remove Start Button

Is there anything out there that will completely remove the start button? I find it kind of pointless to have since there is a physical start button and I tend to use it much more.

While I don't think you can eliminate the Start button, you can possibly make it more useful.

Thanks Veritch! I like the idea (will probably use it if I can't find something to remove the start button) but I think I'm looking more into cleaning up the Home screen and task bars so that it looks a little cleaner.
