Did you try going into the changesreen config and telling it what screens you wanted it to rotate? That's all I had to do, didn't have to mess with registry edits.

Where is this setting located?

Thank you

Hmmm... I cant get this working with only the redits. Just to confirm, some of you have this working WITHOUT changescreen installed?

Thanks!

UPDATE: It is now working for me, it just took another reset (3 in all)

Yes you do NOT need ChangeScreen for this to work. The regedits (Must be EXACT) work perfectly. I had a space in front of one of the values and it would not work until I cleared that, so be sure you type the names of the keys and values exactly how they should be, without extra characters.

+1 No ChangeScreen here either. I had ChangeScreen before I did a hard reset and then found the regedit and used that instead. Worked fine but I did have to go back in after the first try and find a typo that I had made and one other thing that I hadn't done right. After that, it worked.

Is there a way to remove Changescreen without having the error message at startup? I had removed it, but reinstalled it because of the error message that the exe was unable to be found.

Use SKtools or Memaid and remove the startup entry.

Edit: Confirmed working without Changescreen here. Just delete the startup entry when you uninstall it.

Just wanted to let you know that this Mod is awsome!!!!! I never ventured into the 'Registry' before. I was always to afraid. But your instructions were perfect for an idiot like myself. That trick works great. should have been standard with phone. Works PEFECT! i even love how you can bring up the slider bar if you click on that arrow.(like it was made for this). thanks and good work.
P.S. i don't like "change screen" because it is a program that you have to run. (if i remember correctly). this way is much better. No starting up anything. Automatic. Thanks again

Actually it IS made to work this way, just the ROM Verizon cooked up for whatever reason they disabled it. Not sure why. Basically this fix is turning a feature back on that was turned off.

ChangeScreen on the other hand, is more of a forced Landscape for apps that aren't necessarily designed to work that way.
