Uninstall Pre-Instsalled Apps?

Had an issue with my visual voicemail today. Long story short, the Verizon rep wanted me to remove, and re-install VVM. (i was able to do this on my storm and previos WM devices) To her surprise, the only thing we could uninstall were the few third party apps I had loaded. Ultimately to resolve my VVM issue, wh had to do a master reset.

Great that fixed the issue, but I found it odd there is no obvious place to remove these programs, and that VW didnt know either.

BTW the error I was receiving when trying to play a VM through VVM was "please turn your volume up to hear your message"
