Here are a couple of things that will give you the same wallpaper everywhere! Install the cab file and copy the wallpaper picture to your device. The cab will change ALL tabs except the home/today tab but all you have to do is go into settings wallpaper and set the picture for your wallpaper. I've tested all of these and they work well... made them with HDWall! That rocks!
