cannot close program

I cannot close certain programs with the Taskbar "x". For example, pressing "x" brings up the pop-up menu when trying to close an e-mail.

what programs? what rom are you using?

Rather than the "X" closing an E-Mail message, it pulled up the menu every time. I am running whatever's standard on the Imagio - not fluent in this kind of thing.

Are you using your finger or the stylus? If you're like me with fat fingers, it sometimes happens.

Finger, Stylus - doesn't matter - I keep getting pop-up menu.

Try to re-align your screen.

While the phone is on, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, and then tap the
screen to open the align screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration.
