Re: dragon dictation
Ok, I can take a hint (smile) ... dragon does not work with the Imagio. Now, is there any app that will allow dictating in notes or text messages that convert voice to text?
Thanks for help Jerry |

You can try it again, I think I corrected the link, but I couldn't get it to install on my device. |

Re: dragon dictation
Thank you for your consideration in replying. I finally chased it down (located it) The cab file installed fine. The *.exe file would not. Program comes up asking you to speak. When you do, it takes you to Bing searching for whatever word or phrase you fed it.
That's fine, but I wanted to use it for text messaging. None of my students in class have the Imagio and so they are no help. Help anyone out there in getting a new HTC Imagio to get "Tellme" to work with text messaging. |

Re: dragon dictation
TellMe works fine on the imagio (stock builds anyways) and lets you dictate sms (in a quiet environment anyways).
WP7 badly needs a hands free dication option that is useful while driving, for composing email/sms.

Re: dragon dictation
It works but you have to open TellMe and say "Text John Smith" or what ever contact you wish to text and it will then prompt you for your text message. It has given me some odd translations but for a "I'll be home in a minute" type text it has worked for me... Of course YMMV and good luck!
