Annoying bluetooth notification

Have hunted high and low for a fix for this and have yet to find one.

With the windows default today screen and my bluetooth turned on my left soft key only shows that i have a notification. The notification is that my bluetooth is on and i can't dismiss it i can only hide it, and when i hide it the warning pops right back up when I try to use my soft key again.

I find it hard to believe that I am the only one with this problem but even after a hunt through google i still found nothing.

Anyone have a fix for this????

sounds like a rom or third party software issue

I thought about that but even with the factory rom its still there. Any idea on where that would be in the registry?

it's on the factory verizon ROM.

Some of you should REALLY read and not reply if you have no idea what you're saying

any help disabling would be great

All I have found out is that it's an effect of the "Tachi Dialer" but i cant confirm that
