Annoying bluetooth notification

Have hunted high and low for a fix for this and have yet to find one.

With the windows default today screen and my bluetooth turned on my left soft key only shows that i have a notification. The notification is that my bluetooth is on and i can't dismiss it i can only hide it, and when i hide it the warning pops right back up when I try to use my soft key again.

I find it hard to believe that I am the only one with this problem but even after a hunt through google i still found nothing.

Anyone have a fix for this????
