I'm almost positive once you do that $5 thing your good to go forever. I did it right up front and have unlocked 3 times so far. So that's it, you only had to pay that once and should be all set from now on...

Not 100% positive though. But i think when we donated it gave a commerical license type thing that said we could use multiple times.
