Start Bar to bottom

For those of you who would like to tinker with something for your 6.5 builds 218xx.. Puts the bar on the bottom so you can reach the start button with your thumb. and the x.. similar to the 6.5.3 builds.. Some guys are having conflicts with certain programs.. but its always fun to play with a new program.. Anywho have fun.
