How to uninstall Visual Voice Mail

For me, Visual Voice Mail is ungodly slow. Tried calling Verizon to get it cancelled/uninstalled but neither of us can remember our password, so the tech said I could get it uninstalled from "My Verizon" and the help about VVM says it can be uninstalled through My Verizon also, but I can't find out where in My Verizon it is. Any suggestions?

Cancelling Visual Voice Mail Service

Visual Voice Mail can not be cancelled through the application. To cancel Visual Voice Mail service, call Customer Service at *611, go to My Verizon or My Business Account. When you cancel, you will have choose Basic Voice Mail.

I don't think it can be uninstalled. So just call and get it canceled.
