Tell Me application will not install on new VZ Rom

Anyone been able to reinstall the Tell Me app? Mine gets to 70% and fails.

Will not work on Energy.IMAGIO.23544.Sense2.5_with_MaxManila.Mar.13 .7z ROM. I just tried it. It seems to install but never launches! Anybody else get it to work????

Sort of works- some display issues but it does launch browser and send txt messages.

I think I had the wrong installer or I just had the executable and not the .cab installer.
