Re: still don't own it
Update:
I'm finding that either Flea-bayr's won't disclose ESNs or , in the case of a few Craiglisters, I did get an ESN from one who was selling an "unopened-NIB" [guy said he has 5 to sell]. Chkd, and VRZ says its a good except that its from an unpaid account and as such, it won't be allowed into the n/w. Called the seller back and he was baffled. I asked him to call VRZ and have them call me to let me know it is will be allowed into the n/w. Never called back. Didn't think I'd have this much trouble. |

Re: still don't own it
Hi I bought mine from Ebay ($280) about three months ago, I m living in Colombia, so also bought one of the IMEI unlocking code that you can also find in ebay for 12 box. The phone is working great, I can put it in GLOBAL or in GSM/UMTS, but I think is better the last one couse of battery. The only problen that I got was and issue with 3g, not the same frecuency
![]() So as you can see, this phone can actually work in other carrier! |

Re: still don't own it
Thank you.
Because of its potential dual band use, I think its a safe bet for me, however, to use it on the Verizon n/w, the ESN must be in 'good standing' w/ Verizon. If not, then only a part of its potential will be usable for me on AT&T or some other GSM provider. |

Re: still don't own it
Not to mention, if you ever go to upgrade and sell it, you rule out anyone that wants to use it on Verizon if the ESN is bad.
