QuickMenu - how to add items?

I'm using QuickMenu

maybe this is a stupid question, but does anyone know how to add items to its favorites tab or to the list of apps at the very beginning? I think I did this once before and can't get it to happen again. I just want to add Contacts to the short list of apps that are listed under the QuickMenu menu.
