Just installed it. The compressed file seemed to install significantly faster than all the other updates.

Runs a lot faster and seems more stable than any other update I have installed from this thread.

As far as the books go, I will get you a cab that way you don't need to hard reset again. I will also update the first post with a fixed version. Let me know if this works out.

does this cab have books? or is it just a reader to allow you to read ebooks?

Do you know when you'll be updating the main cab on the first post?

First post is now updated. The cab does contain 11 books: White Fang, Tale of Two Cities, Dracula, Frankenstein, Little Women, Madame Bovary, Oliver Twist, Pride and Prejudice, Three Musketeers, Uncle Toms Cabin and War and Peace.

NOTE: Anybody who has downloaded the CFC Sense 2.5 needs to re-download the one from the first post again, hard reset and install it. There were some bugs in the one from earlier, that's what I get for not sleeping!
I have corrected these bugs and updated the first post. Sorry everybody, but it is good to go now!

will the fact that it is CFC compressed cause any issues with installing CABs that tweak the appearance of sense 2.5?

I experienced problems with the messaging, are these now fixed in the updated cab? (Unable to reply to text messages, could only read and create new text by taping the icon in the upper right corner of the "message tab" on the home screen.)

I have downloaded the new cab and am installing it now, after a hard reset of course.

Still no problems with the first compressed cab I installed , for what I use on the phone ( text,google maps, email, net searches , etc.) this cab works like it came on the phone . If only Opera 10 B3 would work on it , would be perfect.

Yeah, there was a big problem with messaging. That is all fixed now.
