Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5

yeah, I was trying to find the cab that kept the quick links on the home screen but had 4 to a line.

Thought I found one on the link you told me to go to but it wasnt it.

I am dropping back to manila 2.0 till 2.5 gets more stable on the imagio. It is a great start, but right now a little too slow for me.

Hopefully it will be fixed real soon because I was lovin 2.5 over 2.0.

I had that happen , the only thing you can do is a hard reset and start over.
Sorry.

Just make sure that any .cabs you add now are sense 2.5 compatible or you will have to start over again - good luck !

Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5

Also, I found this for MMS on Manila 2.5. It was originally posted for the Touch Pro 2 with Manila 2.5 on a custom rom, and I don't have the settings for MMS so I wasn't able to try it. Anyone else who knows the settings is free to try:

Re: auto rotate button with map key
Here is another method:

Using a registry editor go to "HKLM/System/GDI/Rotation".
Change "HideOrientationUI" from 1 to 0.
Change "LandscapeFixed" from 1 to 0.

This now gives you the option of choosing the 3 rotation options under "Screen" in system settings (Portrait, Landscape (right-handed), Landscape (left-handed)).

Now, under "Buttons" in the Personal settings you can map the media button to rotate the screen for you. This gives you the ability to rotate the screen whenever you want regardless of how you are holding the device. I find this much more useful than auto-rotation.
