All programs not in alphabetical order!

OK, this is buggin me. On my programs tab, at the bottom there is the all programs button. Most are in alphabetical order except about 3 programs that show up at the bottom of the list. Why are they not in the right order, and how can i change then so that they are in the right order? I have tried to reinstall one of them 3 times because I didn't think it was installed already.
