question about proxy resurce and no push

i loaded those two cabs now do they work by themselves or do you have to push a button. i down loaded them to my storage card and i didnt see anything on applications. kinda of like the soft reset button

Uninstall them and reinstall to the main memory. These apps make registry changes to the system and do not need to be "run" after installing. They simply alter some configurations to give the phone a bit more memory to work with on startup.

They run on their own once installed. No activation needed. Install and forget about them.
