Re: Battery Statistics Update
Actually, the green light had to be steady on for me for some time (unsure how long) before the reset occurred on my phone. Some time between 15 minutes and an hour in my case. Your mileage may vary!

I'm having the same problem. it will tell me the last charge immediately after unplugging the charger but minutes later it says "not applicable" |

Re: Battery Statistics Update
Mine is always not applicable and the rest 0s. I have never seen anything else, and mine has had the green LED on for a while after fully charging.
It's just broke! |

Re: Battery Statistics Update
If anyone is interested, the guys over at XDA figured this out.
Page 9 of the thread: Last full charge status = Not applicable??? - Page 9 - xda-developers Will try when I get home. Text below. Ok, I think I solved it with the help of a lot of confusing/conflicting answers in this thread! I have a Verizon Wireless HTC Touch Pro2 running Verizon-installed Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional. This may or may not matter. The problem appears to be related to the "My Location" -- specifically for the CLOCK. I'm still using weather updates for "My Location" but clock is set to a fixed city. Steps to resolve: 1. go to the home tab and open world clocks 2. select (or add) a clock for your nearest city 3. apply the settings 4. charge battery fully (until 100% and green indicator) 5. WHILE PLUGGED IN AND FULLY CHARGED, soft-reset (this seems to be important) and keep it plugged in until it finishes resetting. 6. verify the info page shows the current date and unplug the phone I think I have figured out the Tilt2 fix. I followed mmiller7's steps. Originally Posted by mmiller7 Steps to resolve:But that didn't fix it. Within 24 hours, the last full charge would revert back to "Not Applicable". So I disabled the setting that lets the phone update the time when you change timezones (Start>Settings>Personal>Phone; go to the Time Zones tab and un-check the "Automatic change time zone and clock."). The data has stuck for 27.5 hrs now. I went back and applied the timezone adjustment and immediately I lost the data. Right now I am doing a hard reset and will try it without mmiller7's steps to see if it is just the timezone setting or if it requires both. |
