I dont have a cab for you, but heres how you change it through the registry:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\Manilla

You are looking to edit the values HomeRSKPath ( this is what the soft button starts, to make it start S2U2 change the path to this: \program files\s2u2\s2u2.exe

HomeRSKText is what shows up for the soft key, you can leave it blank and it will still work, makes for a very clean look.

If you want to change the left soft key then you need to edit the file 590ad244_manilla in the windows directory. This file is responsible for the Call History / appointments and such on the home screen.

To remove something, just delete the text between the <source> and </source> tags
