Is there a tweak to make volume louder when talking on the phone

Is there a tweak for the Imagio that can make the volumer louder when talking on the phone with someone. Sometimes I have the volume bars all the way to the highest that they can go and at times I cant hear everything that the other person is saying.

Please advise.

** Update - just found this, has anyone tried it.
