Thank you all for your help! I am finally running FRESH!

I am not sure what happend but I tried Athlet1c's method this morning without luck. I tried the flash methood without luck. Eventually I went back to the command prompt methood on XDA (which I had tried sveral times before) and it went through. STRANGE...

Good to hear that more people are able to get there Hero's Rooted.... I must say putting a new Rom on is easy as heck compared to WinMo lol.... just putting it on your SD card then recovery is so simple

I know . Because its new to us on our first rooting and flashing , you seem stumped then after you want to kick your self when you realize how easy it is
