Voicemail issue
When I receive a VM it shows in the visual vm but when I try to play it there is no sound. I have to call into vm to hear it. To make matters worse, it seems to be intermittent with no rhyme or reason as to why.

I had that with my first phone... Since I was inside of 30 days at Best Buy, I just returned it and go a new one.

Make sure your media volume is turned up. It is not the same as the ringer volume. If it is down the voicemail won't play.
