Looking for Volume Tweaks/Fixes and Vibration intensity Tweak!

Anyone know how to increase the maximum volume and vibration on the hero? I think that HTC has the default max for both functions far too low. When I use my alarm or if the phone rings, it is just not as loud as I'd like it to go.
I've found volume hacks for the G1 but not for the Hero. HELP!

If you need your alarm louder, when you are on the screen where you set the time of the alarm, use the volume rockers on the side of the phone and it should bring up a little window that says alarm volume and you can set it from there. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the information. But the loudest volume setting isn't loud enough. On my old HTC Diamond, there was a registry hack in Windows Registry that you could change that made the speaker volume even higher than what HTC capped it off at.

So, I'm looking for some (possible command?) to tweak the volume setting.
