on mine the aluminum plate that was glued onto the back of the phone around the camera lens fell off. Called Sprint, they were quite accommodating, they offered to send me either a new back cover or a new phone. Considering I somehow got a fine scratch on the glass I opted for the new phone
 I thought about gluing the cover back on but considering there is old glue residue it may not adhere well or with my luck I'd simply make a mess of it. Ok, so they'll bill me for the new phone and credit me back when they receive the old one, but I can deal with that. TL

Sprint will take care of the issue i never have a problem. Call tehm they will ship the unit to you
