Try this, download straight to your phone and intall with Package Installer. If you set Astro as your default installer, you need to go to Settings>Applications>Manage Apps> look for astro and clear cache and defaults.

That way it will ask you which program you want to use to install FB.

Is it just me or does the widget from this thing seem to be sucking battery power and slowing down your phone?

Aside from that much better than the other FB app

Thats what I thought... REMOVED (widget not app)... No one's FB status is worth my precious battery lol.

I couldn't either. I gave up. Besides the "Facebook" Logo at the top was cut off a tiny bit and I'm RIDICULOUSLY anal about tiny imperfections. So I uninstalled it. Done.

Yes that bother me so much I actually uninstalled to install the original to see if it was the same. Kind of a sad thought now that I think of it. Time to step away from technology for an hour or so.
