E-Mail Questions on Sprint Hero

Hello ppl had a question about e-mail accounts in general, When you set up the account , what happends to the folders you have i.e if you want to move an e-mail to another folder beside trash.i have three accounts with folders & wanted to move some e-mails around but could not ...any help?
