Does the hero come with docs to go preloaded?

No. It has QuickOffice loaded. There is a free and paid version of DocsToGo in the Market.

So u can also view and edit word and excel doc right? If yes, then I think its time for me to switch from diamond to the hero

Believe you can view only with free version, edit with paid version.

quickoffice is a file viewer, i have the full version of docs to go and its awesome

i reccomend

free version will only view, paid version does everything. definitely worth the money
