telus htc hero love it

well ive had my telus htc hero for 2 days now and i cant put this phone down for the life of me. im coming from htc touch dimaond/pro 2, im kinda off a computer noob but man the hero blows them out of the water!! the android kicks but and if it only gets better from hear its going too rule the only thing that i can think that would be better would be a hero 2. y iphone buddy is even thinking off switching over hehe

Ya, me too. I love this phone. I have been using wm for more than 3 yrs, glad I switch to android. imo, android is still young, there are many things still not supported, i.e. mms streaming. but i have faith in it.

How are you finding the switch from physical to soft keyboard?

Did you use your TP2 for a significant amount of emails aka: did you type extended messages?

The screen is bigger on the hero than diamond and predictive text works good on the hero and in landscape mode is even easier. To be honest I found opening the tp2 kinda of a pain made it bigger and awkward to hold the hero is a good fit. If this helps I found the hero to be everything if not more than my old phones .
