2 more noob questions for my hero

k i am a noob so i have too problems with my phone when i connect too the inernet it tells me forbidden you dont have permission too access (the page address) on this server. is this the phone or my cell phone provider. last is the clock with the weather i thaught the weather was atuomatic that it picked up were i lived which is edmonton alberta but the weather says richmond britsh columbia. need help and thks

Restart the phone.

Reset or the phone hasn't provisioned yet. goto settings/about phone /system updates update your firmware/profile and PRL............ For the weather settings/location it has use wireless locations settings and enable GPS satellites i use the gps to update then turn it off after to preserve battery life

are you using wi-fi to connect to the web, if yes it could be that the wi-fi network have secure permission ( i quite dont get how that work but it happen to me when i'm in skool and i try using the wi-fi network).

and the weather, it read your gps access by via cellular tower.
as for example i live in Brandon, Fl and the closest tower is half a mile from my house and is in Seffner and that a small town behind Brandon so it read that if you were in seffner.... butheck it still work flawlessly
