Using Pandora

I have noticed a few things with Pandora..

In the app store if you read the reviews for Pandora many people are complaining that it forces close, slows the phone down and it has choppy audio.

When using the pandora application over Sprints data network the phone will become exceedingly slow...If you use it over a WiFi network I/you will see little to no difference on the functionality of your phone.

If you temp. set your screen to not timeout, the phone will not sleep. This has solved all my force close issues along with the choppy audio issues. I used Pandora 5 hours strait with no issues by doing this.

Pandora is a great app.. Hope these temp./quick fixes help you..

Drew

Re: Using Pandora

I listen to pandora in the car on the drive to work. heard it get choppy maybe once on a 35 min drive. other than that no issues. Set my phone to never sleep when on the charger so i keep it plugged in while in the car. fell asleep listening at home one time and it was still playing the next morning when i woke up!
