1. Can I download my songs to the phone? Yep, just connect to your PC via USB and you'll be prompted to "Mount" in order to copy files to and from your PC/phone. You'll then see it as a removable drive on your PC. Just dump your music into the "Music" folder.
2. Can I export my favorite section of IE to the phone? I don't think so unless there is an app for it. Checking the folders on the SD card I don't see any book marks, so most likely it's saved on the phones internal memory. This might be able to be done once the phone is rooted.
3. Can I use the Sirus application on the Hero? If so, how can I download it.

There might be a Sirus app, check the market but I like free so Pandora doese me fine.
