WTH -- Lock Screen Issue

Ok, let me start by saying I did a search on this with little outcome...

I was listening to the (not so cool) stock music and my Hero screen went off... so i hit the power button and new my lock screen is that gay looking Caldwell album cover?!?!

I went to settings/wallpapers/lockscreen and tried different ones but its still the same... Gah help!

I am ashamed to hand my cool phone off for others to look at now!

There is nothing wrong, this is what is supposed to happen. When you are playing music, the album cover and controls for the music player will appear on your lock screen. when you are no longer playing music your lock screen wallpaper will revert back to whatever you have it set to. Although I've had the album art freeze on me before, but a soft reset fixed the problem.

yeah... this is funny, I did remove the battery, just to make sure and now I have a profile issue. working with sprint now to resolve that... but dont look good.

and I did stop playing the album, also the Lock screen would not let me start any music or jump to another song/album... the controls were there but no functionality... and it still wouldnt let me change it... oh well

OK for a follow up if anyone is interested. They had me reset my profile.

Heres how. Number pad ##3282# -- edit -- 121216 -- Reset Profile.

this will take you thru a couple reboots and then you are back. This will not cause you to lose any apps or contacts or anything.

Hope none of you ever need this. Oh and it took Sprint almost 2 hours to get here, but its fixed so thats all that matters.

Or you can just update your profile from Device Updater 1.1 app

They had me do that the 1st time and it failed so they had to walk me thur it manually...
