Can anyone confirm Animated weather on HOME screen (not clock)

Thumbing through various vids on Youtube I saw the Leo's home screen having animated weather effects in the background. I also saw a Touch Pro 2 doing the same thing, but it had "Sense UI" (manila 2.6?). I only messed with a Hero for a few minutes at a Sprint store. I am just curious if the Hero can do the animated weather wallpapers/backgrounds.. I have a TP2, and considering this phone for a gift for the wife. She is still using a Centro :/

It is animated for a few seconds (4-5). Does not remain that way.

Edit: I only tested with the large HTC weather widget. I there is a medium size, and a small size, which I did not test.

Is it the animation that does stuff like clouds all over screen/ beams of sunlight, etc, or is it just the standard TF3d weather "globe" as seen in Weather tab of other TF3D phones?

I have never used a TF3D phone, so I'm not sure. If it is rainy, drops will appear over the top half of the screen, and a windshield wiper will squeegee the drops away. The fog and sun modes don't have too much animation, as well as the cloudy animation.

Thank you for your input.. It sounds like the HTC widget is basically the same as TF3D weather tab. I believe the one I was talking about was under wallpaper>animated>weather/animated weather.. Maybe the Hero is not running that particular program..
