I have found how to change my ringer, and notification sounds in settings. How do I change my text message sound?

Go to the messaging app, press menu, settings and it let's you select which sound you like. I just saw it lol.

id like to know how the battery life is?

is rooting easy to do?

also how is the volume on the phone overall and in call volume?

is there alot of lag on the phone? ill be coming from a touch vogue.

ill be picking one up in 2-4 weeks and id like to know.

Battery life is tons better than the vogue, I had one before the hero. Very little lag, much faster than the vogue. In call volume isn't too loud, but the speaker is very loud. Not sure on rooting.

not that i know of by hardware besides shutting it off manualy.

another question... what is that slot over the microSD jack??? it looks like a sealed SIM card slot or something
