Re: Battery Issue Fix *Temp*

Oh, and I noticed it took forever to charge. Now, with "Messages" killed (until I get a text that is), battery charging like a champ.

Phone over heating and battery life dropped

Well last night I Root'ed My here and am running Fresh 0.6 and everything was great I get up this mourning and grab my phone and it is warm to the touch even with no useage and just sitting on the charger. The phone was only at 20% awake time. Didnt really think anything about it.... well After getting up and heading into work at 12:30 my phone was off the charger for 40-45 mins till I got to work, then I plugged my phone and and was listing to Pandora... lunch was at 3:45 used the internet for like five mins and on the way back to work even the the phone was plugged in 80% of the day I geta low battery warning...

Anyone have an Idea I think I will be trying the MoDaCo rom and see if that hels the battery.... because before the root I could easley make it all day with casuel useage and no charger in site

Re: Phone over heating and battery life dropped

Yea, Fresh has the best battery life I have had so far. I have not tried the .6b though.

Re: Phone over heating and battery life dropped

Think I found the answer, even the in the taskiller prgram was not showing the wifi teather was on or anything showing wifi was enabled. My phone still had the program running and was broadcasting the signal all day just killing my battry.

I know the program is turned off now I'll Give it another try lol

I forgot about this, WiFi Tether eats batteries! Chargers can't keep up with it! It is still an amazing app, but it does overheat phone. I had battery at 129.5F at one time haha.
