well you have to remember it usually takes a few days to condition the battery properly. My hero is going through the process enter day 3 tomorrow, so be patient with it at first. My Pre took a week for the battery to get decent. problem with the review units is i don't think reviewers have them long enough to make reasonable claims about battery life
