I used GDE , and they have a few themes out for it. I've tried all the other home alternatives and GDE is the only one that I ended up liking. Along w beautiful widgets which gives you the sence clock n weather widget also in the app store. GDE isn't free but well worth the 2 bucks. The drawer on the bottom is cuztomizable too, you can pick the action for each button.

Thanks.. i like the real clean looks, not too much. Same way on my computer. Running 7, but the only icon is the recycle bin. Everything else is pinned to the task bar.

For me personaly it hasn't been any less or more laggy than htc sence. I do realy sometimes forget I'm using it instead of sence so IDE say it's about the same. I just like messing w the way my ui looks and gde is what I was looking for in android. IMHO

You can also pick how many home screens or windows you want between 1-7 and choose which one itll go to when you press the home button. It's hard to exPlain everything I like about it I say just give it a shot you won't be disappointed.
