Ok, on what stage?

A2SD2 is on all custom roms that I know of. It is the same as apps2sd2, just factory. It seems to work better as a factory option instead of an installed option.

Edit: Only Fresh 1.1 needs Ext2 to be Ext3
Ok, see if you can confirm this for me. I think things are being installed to the sd storage just fine. My question is, how come the internal storage drops slowly as i install apps? I did a test, i installed 5 apps totalling approx 20 mb, the internal storage drop 3mb. So obviously it appears the core of the app is being installed to the hidden partition but what is causing the internal to drop? My guess was settings and the icon? Thanks.

Icon could be some, usually it is caching on the internal storage. It will drop some, but not near what it would if you didn't have it.

Right. Thanks for the info. So i am also assuming that the amount that i chose for the ext2 partition is the hidden part where apps are being stored. Correct?

Yea, it will now not be usable for storage other than apps.

Is it possible to reverse AP2SD2?

If I end up rooting and trying it out, can I go back?

Yep you sure can. Repartition SD to Fat32 only, then Nandroid Restore.
