That's a pretty ridiculous thing to say. I came from a Windows Mobile phone, I hate using Outlook to sync contacts. I did figure it out myself but not without searching for an easy way to do it. It's not that they are not smart enough, it's that they choose to ask a community of users for their input for their particular problem. That's what this is here for... Uz a hata!

Sprite has an app in the appstore that you can use but it is a little convoluted and did not actually work for me. You install an app on your TP and it creates a file. Then you run an app on your PC and it converts the file. Then you put the file onto your Hero and it imports it. The app is called Sprite Migrate. Let me know if it works for you

Thanks, I've been trying to transfer contacts for 3 days. I appreciate the walk through.

Jgatter I was going to state there are programs that state to convert. I have another one on my system ill check. Im surprised Sprite is giving this free lol

Acutally just goto the android market its Free too. its the Sprite Migrate Beta 2
as the one posted in the link wont work. follow the instructions and boom

Weird... thats how I did it to keep the photos and sms... anyway... lots of steps, but it worked beautifuly to me...
