I hear ya.
I'm still waiting for the TRUE reason why Sprint wants customers who already have Unlimited Data on their plans, to switch to much more expensive plans in order to be eligible for certain devices.

I wonder why there hasn't been any Advertisement at all for this phone. Like no commercials or anything. The Instinct and Palm Pre had lots of advertisement. This is the complete opposite. If it's like a Sprint Exclusive phone wouldn't there be ads? Or why would they even require an Everything Plan if they don't even advertise this phone.

If they were to make it required an Everything Plan which I hope not, I wish no one would buy it until they changed the requirements.

its all about the money, because they're gonna lose money on the phone, they'll make it up faster if they get everyone on a higher MRC

Even if Sprint sells the Hero with the plan requirements, they won't sell nearly as many as they could have, if they didn't.

This I know, but I would like Sprint to come out with the answer besides the BS answer of "We want our customers to be able to utilize all of the features the (fill in the name of device) has to offer without incurring Data Charges."

Sprint insults the Intelligence of its Customers when it spews BS like that.
