SD Card issues with CDMA Hero.

I don't know if it's just me, but I seem to have multiple a repetitive issues with my SD card for the Hero. Basically, It continues to say "Damaged SD card" and I am forced to format it. Sometimes, If I am lucky, I can just remove it and put it back in the slot, and it will work as usual. Is there anyone else having this issue?

That's what I had it formatted to. But now, all of a sudden, my SD Card is rendered useless. Now when I try to format it, windows cannot complete it. When it shows the formatting options window, the capacity shows "Unknown" when it should be saying the actual capacity, which is 3.74GB. Is there a program you know of that can repair an SD card? This is getting so frustrating. Has the CMDA Hero been known to have SD card issues?
