Randomly turned off and is stuck in a loop at the start up...
I came home today and my hero was working perfectly fine. I put it down for five minutes, then when I came back to it I found it was turned off. I turned it back on and its been stuck in a loop of the beginning ever since. I even wiped everything off and reloaded my custom rom, problem is now I can't get back to the wipe screen to do that again. Help.
