hellp! sprint cdma to alltel always roaming?

I bought a sprint cdma hero on ebay,changed all the information I could with cdmaworkshop 3.5.5 and qpst at least all that i could tell was different and than i swapped prl and called alltel to swap it, i swapped and now I am always roaming and never get internet, !!
do i need an alltel radio?? what am I missing >.<

scratch that, internet started up, 1x and ev, can't send mms but i can receive it..
still consistent roaming.
