boot-patched.zip on SD Card

Can some please explain what this file is and why it is there? I do have root if that matters.

I have never seen this file. May be something that was put there by a program you have installed. Otherwise, save it to a computer and delete from your SD card. If a program stops working, you have your answer and just put it right back on.

It is one of the files was used by the unrevoked method to get root access.

I had it left over from the unrevoked method to root. I removed it and have had no problems.

Thanks for the help. You guys are correct it was from unrevoked. I assume I can delete the other unrevoked files as well.
