Installing Apps from APKs
I have been having trouble trying to install a number of apps from apk files downloaded from this site. I installed three different versions of AppsInstaller from the android market and some apps installed but others errored out. Does anyone know the best way to install these programs? Any help would be appreciated.

I use EStrong File Explorer.

I use SU file manager. Make sure you go to settings>applications>unknown sources and check the box.
